Although the swings are larger (higher volatility) the end result is a daily chart which has been chopping sideways since the weekly chart made its perfected sell setup on January 8th. Remember that we need to give that signal 1-4 weeks to play out even though we are not trading it.

The Grind Upwards Continues
Now that the weekly chart is not signaling a short position (see last post) we are back in waiting mode as the cash S&P500 continues to move higher. Here is today’s daily chart - yesterday was a Setup bar #1 day.
